Artstor Database

Have you used ARTSTOR yet?
Artstor is a visual database that contains over 500,000 pictures, paintings, sculpture, photographs, architectural drawings, and designs. Derived from the artistic traditions of many eras and cultures, this material comes from museums, libraries, photographic archives, publishers, slide libraries, and individual scholars. You can use these materials in your research papers or power point presentations.
ARTstor User Services staff provides regularly scheduled online training sessions for three topics: Introduction to ARTstor; Presenting with ARTstor; or Teaching with ARTstor. These hour-long sessions are held using GoToWebinar and are offered free of charge to all ARTstor users. To view the upcoming schedule and to register for sessions, see the online training. ARTstor in 3 Minutes instructional video demonstrations are also available. The video series offers quick, three-minute or less overviews of ARTstor features such as: how to register for an account, how to download images to PowerPoint, and how to make image groups. The video series is also available on YouTube and TeacherTube (search for 'ARTstor').
